Swanky quarters in an art deco hotel with a spa, a bar & fine dining at a renowned restaurant.

Very Elegant Hotel. Upon entering a feeling of royalty is apparent. This is a prestigious hotel that fits right in with the Paris vibe. It's exactly what's expected for an upscale experience. The service is excellent with restaurant suggestions, advance reservations, and activity planning. Very friendly and kind staff. The rooms are spacious. You don't feel like you are in Europe. Very large balcony with views of the city including the Eiffel Tower. Bathrooms are beautiful with Mosaic everywhere. Centrally located. Convenient for all kinds of excursions. Most delicious high end breakfast. Overall top Hotel. Stay here and have memories of a lifetime

This was my second visit to this incredible hotel! Staff is always helpful and they go out of their way to make your visit special! The team that serve breakfast are incredible! All around great location and staff! Highly recommend!

The receptionist service was not good at all. The card key was not working and we wasted our time but they don’t apologize and a number of questions for validation.Breakfast staff is not professional at all. They forgot to offer menu, the tea we’ve ordered… ouch. It’s clear they wanted to say size difference in this slipper but it’s so obvious it shouldn’t be ‘Men’ and ‘Women’!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many main attractions, which is definitely a plus. However, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. The rooms are on the smaller side, and while they were clean, the dark décor made the space feel even smaller and somewhat depressing.I had a particularly disappointing experience with check-in. Despite requesting an early check-in and being a Bonvoy Ambassador, I didn’t get my room until around 16:30 after arriving at midday. No explanation or apology was offered, which was frustrating.Breakfast was served à la carte, which was nice, but the selection was quite limited. As for in-room dining, it was really underwhelming—small portions (we ordered a salad and fries) that didn’t match the high price. The hotel definitely needs to work on improving the guest arrival experience and the staff’s attitude to better reflect the level of hospitality expected from a brand of this caliber, especially given its prime location.

One of the worst stays at a Marriott I’ve ever experienced! Due to high profile guest, entering and exiting the hotel was a security and safety risk each and every time. As female travelers we did not feel safe. The way the hotel handled this was disastrous! Management can do much better. One night the crowds were so bad, we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant and they wouldn’t seat us! This was ridiculous and really shame on this hotel and the team. After many many complaints, they refund us 40k points. What an insult.

Well, location and architecture are great. We lived dining at the Akira and the top floor rooms are of high standard. We left felling ripped off nevertheless when the hotel waiter told us that breakfast is included and then the charge 110€ for two coffees and orange juices. A shame that one leaves the hotel disappointed .Better to look for other options next time

I only spent the evening in their patio which was the best decision we could take in a cold busy night. The atmosphere was beautiful and very relaxing. It feels like we’re miles away from the chaos in the street. The tea selection is worth trying. The staff is professional but yet accessible and nice.

Stayed in an Art Deco, Guest room, 1 Queen(s), Balcony and it was really amazing. The staff and concierge were incredibly helpful and accommodated numerous requests for the room. If you forget electric outlet adapters, they have some available at the front desk to borrow for free. They helped us with restaurant suggestions and could even book reservations in advance. One of my favorite moments was waking up and getting food delivery from a phenomenal bakery and having croissants and madeleines and coffee while sitting on the balcony. The bathroom has really beautiful mosaic art and were nice. The room was a tad small for our many suitcases we had and no real closet spaces to store them. The gym was great and got to work out there almost everyday. It offers free towel and packaged water as well.It was in a great location and very easily accessible to other key spots we wanted to visit. There were numerous subway stations nearby that made the city very easy to navigate. This was one of my most memorable stays and entirely due to the staff who went above and beyond.

I am currently in the establishment at the restaurant level... thanks (solely) to the kindness and kindness of the doorman and reception manager. As soon as I arrived at the hostesses, the latter, with closed faces without the option of smiling, told us that the restaurant was full and reserved only for hotel guests and that "if we went to the hotel next door we would not go take the rain"... yes it's raining but we only came to discover the place. Please know ladies that you are the first people that customers see, in addition you are the showcases and representatives of the brand image of the establishment. And in your case the mission is far from being achieved. At a time when competition is increasing, don't you think that your professionalism and interpersonal skills can make all the difference? Thank you to your charming doorman and reception manager who themselves were amazed at our welcome and asked for explanations. In the end a catering manager who agrees to welcome us, a restaurant that is more than empty... A staff who argues rudely in front of the customers and a service that is far from up to par. I look forward to my cocktails and pastries, hoping that they will enhance our first experience at your establishment. Once tasted... disappointment in the desserts and the cocktail, definitely...For the moment and after having visited many establishments I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this visit was the most disappointing.

I have been a frequent guest at this hotel for over five stays, but I am increasingly disappointed with the declining service standards, especially at the breakfast restaurant. During my recent visit, the staff seemed indifferent, forgetting our orders and neglecting to inform us of menu options like champagne. It's disheartening to see such a decline in service quality.Despite being a party of two, we were only provided with one serving of fruit during our breakfast experience. This lack of attention to detail further exemplifies the declining service standards at this hotel. Disappointing and not reflective of the level of hospitality expected. On the third day, we encountered the same issues during breakfast, further highlighting the consistent problems with the hotel's service. Additionally, amenities in the room, such as tea bags and coffee capsules, were frequently overlooked for replenishment. These repeated shortcomings are unacceptable and do not meet the expected standards for a hotel of this caliber. On the fourth night of our stay, we did not receive the turn-down service as promised. This continued oversight, along with the recurring problems during breakfast and the neglect of amenities replenishment in the room, highlights a concerning pattern of poor service at this establishment. Such consistent lapses detract from the overall guest experience and warrant serious attention from hotel management.

This hotel does not deserve 5 stars. The location is wonderful but other than that, it leaves much to be desired. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor terrace and fairly decent restaurants, but the service is poor. Extremely poor! The service is not at a 5 star level and destroys the overall experience. It’s quite sad when you consider the location, terrace etc. Not worth the money in my opinion when there are so many other hotels in the neighborhood. I deeply regret spending money there, and left disappointed. If you’re used to top 5 star service then you won’t enjoy this place.

The experience was very bad. After leaving the room, someone entered the room, opened my wallet, took my passport out of it, and locked it in the safe. They also took the jewelry in another locked bag out and locked it. Then took 40 euros from my wallet (pls note that this is not a tip, I don't like this kind of stealing behavior to get "tips"). The behavior of locking my passport and jewelry did not inform me in advance, which caused confusion, although they left a card. The behavior of opening my wallet and bag made me feel insecure about the privacy protection of this hotel. The manager promised to return the lost cash to me when we checkout, but due to we used the points to book nights, they can’t return to card directly, but they did not give me cash either, and said to give Marriott points which equals to 40 EUR, which made me feel even more unhappy. In short, this is a hotel that does not pay attention to customer privacy protection and will open guests' personal belongings at will, which does not meet its price range or Marriott standards.

Great location but for a five star hotel I’m extremely disappointed in my room and being ignored by the manager. It’s near an elevator shaft and disturbingly loud and the manager is unwilling to change the room. It’s awful. It’s ruining the stay in Paris. Never stay in room 433. They know it’s a bad room. The front desk guy said he’d had the complaint before. Don’t stay here. They don’t care if you’re satisfied.

Malgré cette mauvaise expérience et ce mauvais jugement de la part d'un membre du personnel,je reviendrai au bar car le staff était très accueillant et professionnel.(Translated by Google)We went for a drink at the bar one evening, very good cocktails, the bar staff as well as the customer service representative were very welcoming, smiling and courteous. Neat and modern decoration, beautiful paintings and a bar with an interesting design. The evening had started very, very badly. Once we had crossed the hotel lobby, a security agent "jumped on us" asking us what we were coming to do here, if we had a reservation, etc. and almost ordered us not to take one more step "you wait for the gentlemen!!", and that he was going to check if there was room at the bar......he stopped us in our tracks in a way of more disrespectful, not worthy of a renowned establishment like yours. My friend and I both work in Parisian palaces, had never lived, felt such a welcome....it is not security that manages the entries to the bar...at least not at 9:00 p.m. in any case but one from the hostess and or her manager. Finally, once seated at the bar, this same security agent took the liberty of returning twice to the entrance of the bar to audaciously examine us... We were a little uncomfortable. We did not want this to happen again with other guests, so we preferred to report this inappropriate and disillusioned behavior to the hotel staff.Despite this bad experience and this poor judgment on the part of a member of staff, I will return to the bar because the staff was very welcoming and professional.

I stayed at the Prince de Galles Luxury Collection Hotel for 2 nights in late 2023. I chose it for its excellent and walkable location. I booked an Art Deco room and was very happy when, upon arrival, I learned I had been upgraded (as a perk of my Bonvoy membership) to an even more elegant room with a courtyard balcony. The room was extremely luxurious, far exceeding my expectations. The staff was lovely, and the highly touted restaurant was just fantastic. Solo female travelers often get overlooked, but this did not happen at the Prince de Galles— I was assisted repeatedly and treated with every courtesy that a hotel guest could hope for.

Exceptional Brunch at Prince de GallesWe celebrated my wife’s birthday with a brunch at the Prince de Galles hotel, and it was unforgettable. Luís provided outstanding service, ensuring our experience was perfect. The food was exquisite, with a fantastic variety and impeccable presentation. The elegant ambiance made it even more special. We booked our first ever stay in Paris at this property and everything from calling with questions to the stay to checking out was perfect! Their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! The staff were all very helpful and spoke great English as well! The moment our Uber pulled up at the front door, two door staff dressed perfectly, started removing our luggage and another staff member met us at the door to walk us to the check-in counter. Emma, the lady who checked us in was flawless at checking us in! I’ve never experienced such a thorough check-in process, which included describing amenities, the property, welcoming me and acknowledging my status, and then actually taking us up the elevator and to our room to ensure we were happy with the room – This was OUTSTANDING service!!!The concierge staff is friendly and was very helpful during our stay, providing great suggestions for food and handling other questions we had, such as how to best handle the train we needed to take, etc.The location of this hotel is perfectly walkable and is an equal distance to the Eiffel Tower or the L'arc de Triomphe. It’s a block from the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. We only needed to use Uber to get to an area a few miles away, but otherwise, we walked everywhere. The room was very comfortable, perfectly adorned and nicely embellished with great attention to detail… including the mosaic tile in the bathroom! Everything was clean and spotless and stayed that way throughout our stay with housekeeping taking care of it daily and offering turndown service.Such an excellent stay was had here, we will definitely stay here when returning to Paris!!
