Unit Summary

• 60,000 visits annually
• 50 licensed beds, with 5 different care areas
• Pediatric ED
• Staffed with board certified Emergency Medicine Pediatricians- Behavioral Health section of ED
• Verified American College of Surgeons Level 3 Trauma Center
• Certified Stroke Center
• Primary Angioplasty program
• DPH SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) program

Hours: 24 hours/week, Night ShiftEvery Third Weekend Rotation Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year Emergency Department experience is preferred
• Current RN licensure in the state of MA in good standing are required
• BSN is strongly preferred
• Associate’s degree in nursing may be considered. Must enroll in BSN within year
• BLS required
• 1-2 years of Critical Care Experience
